Having first-hand insight and experience of the lack of quality property management "on-the-ground" services in the Southern Maryland region, East West has recognized the need to provide a supplemental property management service directly to HOAs and community managers to minimize the need for constant bidding and new searches for consistent common ground maintenance needs.
With the need for higher-quality "on-the-ground" services, the type of offerings that EWHS provides is paramount to ensuring that communities resolve ever-emerging maintenance issues in a timely manner with a monthly retainment service to meet those needs.
A “one-call” option takes the guess-work out of finding the best vendor to quickly and cost-effectively handle immediate issues and keep residents happy. It’s a win-win for all. The Board, community manager and community alike working in tandem to preserve the community’s brand.
Although we are a licensed commercial service, specialty, licensed trade services are not included in our "general maintenance service" monthly retainer. With our tradesmen network, we can connect you to service providers to suit your specialty trade needs. Customized packages to include specialty services are available.
How it all works
Like, eeny-meeny-miny-mo; simply choose from our five (5) currently offered general maintenance services we go! There are (4) core services included in every base agreement to start. Add extra services as needed (@ negotiated extra fee for each per/month). If there is a service that is needed and not listed, simply let us know. We will create a category for you. We can customize. You can always add or delete those extras as needed after contracted. This will add or decrease your monthly payment. Your base agreement payment remains the same. “Voila,”we are onsite and ready to get to work.
