Hello, I'm Eric.
This journey began, seems like eons ago. While working for a rehab investment group, I was introduced to a man who I would deem to be one of the three most influential people in my life. That person who would change the course of my life in a direction I could not even see at the time. His name is Joe Darden, but I called him Mary Jane Man because he always had pockets filled with the candy. Joe taught me everything I have come to know about this business of trade and then some. But, the most important piece that he always stressed to me, that would be the most pivotal was, "to build relationships as you build you." That was going to be my ticket to success. That was about 19 years ago. I look back and marvel at the pathways I have traveled to bring me to where I stand today. I have been servicing this D.C. Metro area ever since. Now, those relationships he kept hounding me about, well, let us just say they have been the keys to this continuously wonderful adventure. For that, I am eternally grateful. Wherever you are, I want to let you know that I made it. You taught me well. And that now, I most graciously say to thee, I dub you sir the title "The House Mechanic of them all." And I shall now dutifully wear this title in your honor as the humble student now turned pro. Thanks Joe.
Salude!
